Great gardens — and great plates — start with living food. We want Mobile to have access to nutrient-dense greens that never sat on a truck for a week.
The concept is simple: nutritional food should be tied to sustainable growing. Vertical indoor farming lets us use a sliver of the water and land of conventional produce, then harvest within a day of pickup or delivery.
